I'm hoping to have my costumes finished in the next few days (all going well X_x), so I thought I'd better post some more progress pics before showing the final result.  So...

Ok well I just read this in Kenny's DA journal... and we haven't done any updates in a while... XD
And I few people have asked me about this too so I was thinking that I should pass it on seeing as not everyone reads DA journals..

The tour includes stuff like hotel, transfers, Osu cosplay Parade (which I think you can join in too XD Come cosplay Dissidia: Final Fantasy  with us! you know you want to! <3) going to a maid cafe, Ghibli Museum (which normally you would have to book like 2 months in advance to go to o_0 ) and other things like that, all the info can get gotten on the web site, and also I guess by talking to JTB.

So, let's see what I've been doing!

His boots are going to be fun, I'll give him that!  Here are the three pairs of shoes I'll be destroying to make them.  At the moment, the plan is to use the black boots as the base, and cut up what I need of the gum boots and sneakers.  This is, of course, liable to change at any moment (and has done, leading up to this current decision)

From this, to this in only.... like a few weeks...

I (just like Mel) had to cut out and stick this lovely tiger onto some fabric for Quan costume.... in fact all the family has them... that means Kenny is next! Bwhahahahah XD My tiger is small then my big brothers but I guess that just means he is a bigger man then I... *cough* or is compensating for something.... This tiger took a looooooggg time.. and it was hard to untangle >.< but I am not going to show you all the photos leading up to the fished tiger... the photos are more or less the same as Mel epic tiger work!

Mid-cutting out.  Basically took a few hours every night over the course of a month or so...
I tried to make sure MOST lines joined, so that it wouldn't be in too many pieces; only the clouds, eye, and whiskers have to be cut out separately.


Cut out with the backing peeled off + Helper Cat (he's a Manx, so that's why his tail/stump looks funny XD)
